Very nice sturdy Dining room table and 4 comfy chairs on wheels. Table in great shape, no scratches or dings. Comes with leaf for expansion. Chairs are super comfortable and have no rips, stains, or tears. Both are lined with with oak trim. Table has no wobble and is nice and sturdy and table top is easy cleaning. NOTE: (Pictures don\'t show all 4 chairs but there are 4 total) Is Estate item as my father just passed away and all proceeds will go to funeral services as he was a Navy service member but didn\'t have a life insurance policy and brother & I are disabled so we are needing to raise as much as possible. One chair needs a new wheel as got damaged in move from Assisted living in Loveland to sale in Ft. Collins. Brother & I are disabled so weren\'t abled to get new wheel purchased prior to sale we had this weekend as had so many arrangements due to father\'s passing. Wheels are inexpensive and is very easy to replace. This is a high quality sturdy table and chairs are super comfy and wheels glide with ease. Asking $70 or best offer but needs to sell ASAP as have no place to store. Don\'t miss out on a great deal and a table & chairs in such great condition. Were hardly used. But again, must sell ASAP.
