Before coming to Romano’s, Marquis obtained his degree from the Philadelphia corporate event caterer, then honed his talents at such prestigious establishments as the posh Merion Caterers and The Warwick Hotel. The food at Romano’s is freshly prepared and Stephen specializes in the perfect fusion of color, taste, and presentation.
